Refrigerated Air Dryer
Refrigerated air dryer are general purpose dryer, most economical being less running cost. Comchi Brand refrigerant system is environmentally friendly in nature. Refrigeration dryer remove moisture from compressed air to the desired dew point temperature. The dryer includes two separate Circuits like compressed air circuit & Refrigeration circuit.
Working Principle:
The saturated compressed air –to-air heat Exchanger (Precooler/preheater). Here the incoming hot air is cooled by the outgoing cold air. Where it is cooled by outgoing air. This is basically an energy saving heat exchange .it reduce the load on the refrigeration system. The precooled incoming air enters in the Air-to-Refrigerant heat exchanger further reducing the air temperature to specify dew point 2 degree Celsius -4-degree Celsius. The air leaving this evaporator is directed to the cyclone separators and water vapor condensate liquid droplets removed automatically by Comchi Automatic drain valve. The hot gas by-pass valve maintains load to the refrigeration system.
